MTT Tragedy 21022016

EDIT: I fixed up the ovrelay a bit. Forgot to update the dA version XD
I did this really quick today (I think I only took 2 hrs to do lines and colouring) I wanted to try to do this painterly style-ish, although I think the overlay kinda killed it XD
Also I actually did a background this time as well (even though it was only a real quick one)

Anyway, have a confused Frisk and stylish Mettaton
